Barbie Girl

What started out as a decent morning then turned to a glum afternoon, something happened on the drive home that brought out the model in me. (And I don't think I look anything like a model, but these aren't normal poses for me!) Was it the dress? Was it being home with my family? I'm not sure, but I like how happy I was for the remainder of the evening!!

I purchased this dress a couple of years ago hoping it would fit after baby. Well, it didn't fit last summer but guess what....it does now! This was in the storage unit box of summer clothes. So glad we went "shopping" last weekend! This dress is sure to make several appearances for the remainder of the summer season. And, doesn't it remind you a little bit of something Barbie would have worn? As the song says, "I'm a Barbie girl..."
