Vegas has no boundries when it comes to fashion. You literally see anything and everything. When thinking about NYE and Vegas, I immediately thought of my black jumpsuit. Jumpsuits date back to the 70s and were so tacky. Tacky yet cool enough to bring back! Mine happens to be strapless so a little sequin jacket is perfect for early evening, and when the party really gets going, just simply remove.
